Santas Anonymous

Once upon a time, about 30 years ago, Santa’s Anonymous was born in a DFH Realtor’s basement. Three years later it out-grew the basement and needed a permanent home. Mel Cooper and C-Fax radio gave Santa’s Anonymous that permanent home.

DFH Real Estate Ltd., your local Real Estate Leader, is again partnering with C-Fax radio station to bring food and presents to more needy children and families in the Greater Victoria area than ever before. Many of the more than 100 Realtors and myself have pledged to support Santa’s Anonymous with $50 every time we list a property for sale between now and January 13, 2007. Through the generous support of other sponsors, such as Mortgage Broker, Gerry Smith of TD Bank, owner Brian Sharp, of DFH, and Megson Fitzpatrick, Insurance agents, Santa’s Anonymous will receive an additional $75, which means a total of $125 will go to Santa’s Anonymous for each and every listing we sign. Megson Fitzpatrick will contribute a significant portion of their commission on each Home Insurance policy written during the period of November 15, 2006 to January 15, 2007.
