May 12, 2009 To whom it may concern: This is a letter of testimony for Mr. Peter Crichton. Peter acted on our behalf for the purchase of a property in Victoria, BC. We were referred to Peter through a friend. Being from out of town and looking for property in Victoria meant that we would have to rely on an individual to act on our behalf and be patient in dealing with the challenges that come from working with somebody from a distance. Peter proved this was possible. He was always patient in his conversations and took the time to communicate both by phone and e-mail. On several occasions he offered to look at properties on our behalf, having gained an understanding of what we were looking for in a particular location. We felt a trust develop early on in our dealings with Peter. When we made an offer on a property, Peter was professional in his negotiations and offered advice when asked. Peter helped arrange a building inspector, and communicated with the listing realtor with regard to several concerns we had. Subsequent to our purchase, Peter has followed up with phone calls and e-mails to ensure our satisfaction with the property. Peter has demonstrated professionalism in every aspect of our business arrangement. We never felt pressured to make any decisions that we weren't comfortable with.
